民族村寨旅游地利益主体分析及协调策略初探

摘　　要：参与发展民族村寨旅游的各利益主体的相互关系是影响民族旅游地可持续发展的关键因素之一。对形成民族村寨旅游地核心利益相关者的利益诉求及他们之间的利益冲突进行了深入分析,以探寻引发这些利益冲突的主要原因,从而提出协调民族村寨发展旅游业地各利益主体矛盾冲突的策略,为民族村寨旅游地的发展提供有益的参考。The relations between the various stakeholders according to the participation of tourism development in the Ethnic Villages Tourism are one of the key factors affecting the sustainable development of ethnic tourism destination.This paper analyzes the conflict of interests between the relevant interests about these core stakeholders in ethnic village tourism,explores the main causes of these conflicts of interest,puts forward the coordination strategy about how to balance all stakeholders in ethnic village tourism,and provides the beneficial reference for the development of ethnic village tourism.
