摘　　要：为了进一步贯彻落实党的十八大关于生态文明建设的精神,提高人们对生态文明的认识,推动生态文明建设向前发展,在认识上应深刻理解生态文明的内涵,在思想上应树立先进的生态文明理念,在理论上应妥善处理生态文明建设与其它建设的关系,在政策上应从国家发展战略层面解决环境问题,在措施上应实行最严格的环境保护制度。In order to further implement the spirit on the construction of ecological civilization of the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,raise awareness of ecological civilization,and to promote the construction of ecological civilization development,we should understand the meaning of ecological civilization in understanding,establish advanced the concept of ecological civilization in the thought,properly handle the relationship among the construction of ecological civilization and the other constructions in theory,development strategy from the country to solve the environmental problems in the policy,and implement the most stringent environmental protection system in the measures.
