中美现代高等教育的比较和探析——以生物化工专业为例

摘　　要：通过在美国近一年的实地调研考察,比较中美两国生物化工专业的理论教学和学生科研的异同,探求适合我国生物化工专业的教学科研方法。Undergraduate education of the United States was investigated by field visiting for one year.Theoretical teaching and scientific research for students was studied,and their differences between two countries were analyzed.Furthermore,research and teaching practice for the undergraduate of biochemical engineering in China was discussed.
