摘　　要：目的探讨产后甲状腺炎的临床诊治状况,以期指导临床治疗。方法对该院收治的产后甲状腺炎患者60例的临床资料进行回顾性分析,研究临床指标数据、治疗效果。结果甲亢,甲减患者的甲状腺功能数值FT3、FT4、TSH、TPO-Ab均存在明确的指示意义,提示诊治时应加以关注。治疗效果良好。结论对产后甲状腺炎应提高诊断准确性,及时施加准确治疗。Objective Exploring the clinical efficacy of the treatment of Postpartum thyroiditis,to guide clinical treatment. Methods From August,2009 to June 2012,60 patients were treated in our hospital. Through the retrospective analysis of these cases of patients with Postpartum thyroiditis.exploring the clinical data and the clinical efficacy of the treatment of Postpartum thyroiditis. Results FT3、FT4、TSH、TPO -Ab,the data of Thyroid function of the patients who suffered hyperthyroid and hypothyroid can clearly instructing the clinical diagnosis. Conclusion Improve the diagnostic accuracy in order to Improve the efficacy of the treatment of Postpartum thyroiditis.
