摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜治疗上消化道穿孔的临床效果。方法回顾分析上消化道穿孔患者36例的临床资料。结果 36例上消化道穿孔患者中,35例患者均顺利通过手术,手术时间平均为58min,术后5～7d出院,术后无并发症,术后继续质子泵抑制剂及抗幽门螺杆菌治疗,随访3～6个月无复发,1例患者术中快速冰冻提示胃癌,中转开腹行胃癌根治术。结论上消化道穿孔应用腹腔镜治疗有创伤小,恢复快,术后并发症少,值得临床推广。Objective gastrointestinal perforation on the clinical effect of laparoscopic treatment. Methods Review the clinical data of 36 patients with perforation of the 2008 to 2011 digestion. Results 36 cases of upper digestive tract perforation patients, 35 patients were successfully through the operation, average operation time was 58 min, 5 ～7 d after operation, and no postoperative complications, proton pump inhibitors and anti-Helicobacter pylori treatment to postoperative follow-up no recurrence, 3 to June, 1 patients of fast frozen in gastric cancer, staging laparotomy radical gastrectomy, conclusion： the application of laparoscopy in the treatment of upper digestive tract perforation has small trauma, faster recovery, less postoperative complications, worthy of clinical application.
