摘　　要：目的探讨老年患者普外手术的围手术期护理特点,总结临床经验,规范护理操作,以进一步提高临床护理质量。方法选取该院2009年5月—2011年8月收治老年患者240例,对其临床资料采取回顾性分析方法。结果在围手术期护理后,所有老年普外患者均康复出院,术中与术后有15例出现并发症,发生率为6.25%。结论老年患者承担的手术风险较大,需要较高要求的护理。加强老年患者普外围手术期的护理,可促进死亡率的降低,采取积极有效、规范严格化、具有预见性的围手术期护理措施是确保手术安全,降低并发症的重要保证。Objective During operation period nursing of elderly patients in general surgery operation characteristics, to summarize the clinical experience, standardizing the nursing operation, in order to further improve the quality of clinical nursing. Methods In our hospital in 2009—2011 year in August 240 cases of elderly patients, take retrospective analysis of the clinical data. Results In the peri operation period nursing of senile patients of general surgery, all were discharged, intraoperative and postoperative complications occurred in 15 cases, the incidence rate was 6.25%. Conclusion The elderly patients assume the operation risk, in need of care required. To strengthen the nursing of elderly patients with general peripheral operation period, can reduce the mortality rate of promotion, take positive and effective, standard strictly, have foreseen the peri operation period nursing measures are to ensure the operation safety, an important guarantee for reducing complications.
