摘　　要：Seminar是一种重在倡导学生参与,主动探究式的教学方法。通过简要介绍seminar教学的基本概念,讨论了该教学法在外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用和优势。Seminar教学在培养胰腺外科住院医师主动探索和学习知识能力,加深对外科的基本理论知识的理解,对于提高综合素质等方面都有促进作用。The Seminar is a kind of advocating students to participate in, inquiry-based teaching methods. Through the brief introduction of the seminar teaching, the paper discusses the applications and advantages of the teaching method in resident standardization training. Seminar teaching can help to improve the abilities of learning new knowledge by themselves and enhance surgical basic＇ theory, and to elevate their comprehensive comptence.
