摘　　要：高校辅导员培训是关乎辅导员"生命"从而致力于提升学生"生命"的重要环节。该文以生命哲学为视角、以高校辅导员工作的"生命"之需为基点,探索出高校辅导员培训应有的"生命"之维在于:引导辅导员理解学生、教育内容的"生命",服务辅导员自我"生命"的创造,滋养辅导员"生命"的职业情感。University assistant train is an important link,which is about the 'life'of assistant and aims to advance the'life'of student.This paper explore the 'life'dimensionality of assistant train taking life philosophy as the perspective and basing on the assiatant’s working need of 'life': guiding the assistant to understand the 'life'of student and educational content,serving the creativity of assistant,nourishing the vocational feeling of assistant.
