摘　　要：目的 观察血栓通与单硝酸异山梨酯治疗慢性肺心病急性加重期的疗效.方法 选择符合诊断病例76例,随机分为两组.治疗组（41例）采用血栓通单硝酸异山梨酯静脉滴注,对照组（35例）单纯常规疗法.结果 2组总有效率分别为92.7％和77.1％.结论 血栓通联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗慢性肺心病急性加重期疗效肯定.Objective to observe the blood clots and isosorbide mononitrate in patients with chronic cor pulmonale with acute aggravating period of efficacy. Method the choice conforms to the diagnosis of 76 cases, randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group （41 cases） using blood clots pass isoserbide mononitrate and intravenous drip, and the control group （35 cases）, simple regular therapy. Results the total effective rate of two groups were 92.7% and 77.1% respectively. Conclusion thrombosis through joint isosorbide mononitrate and curative effect on acute aggravating period of chronic cot pulmonale.
