湿润烧伤膏在乳腺脓肿切开引流术后应用的临床研究与探讨

摘　　要：目的 研究与探讨应用湿润烧伤膏油纱和凡士林油纱治疗乳腺脓肿术后的临床效果.方法 选择79例乳腺脓肿病人,均常规行脓肿切开引流,分别随机应用湿润烧伤膏油纱（实验组）和凡士林油纱（对照组）换药治疗,观察术后疼痛、出血及愈合时间等情况.结果 实验组术后无疼痛、出血及瘢痕发生数较对照组少,平均愈合时间：表浅脓肿4.6＋1.5天,深部脓肿9.7＋2.6天；对照组分别为7.5＋2.3天,13.6＋3.8天.组间比较有显著差异（P＜0.01）.结论 应用湿润烧伤膏油纱条处理乳腺脓肿术后创口效果优于凡士林纱布,具有止血、止痛、加快创口生理再生愈合的作用.Objective to study and discusses the application of mebo oil yarn and petrolatum yam treatment breast abscess postoperative clinical effect. Methods a total of 79 patients with breast abscess patients,all conventional line abscess incision and drainage, respectively random application of mebo oil yarn（experimental group）and petrolatum yarn（control group）dressing treatment, observation postoperative pain,bleeding and healing time , etc. Results the postoperative without pain,bleeding and scar happen less than in number,the average healing time：superficial abscesses 4.6±1.5days,deep abscess 9.7±2.6day. Control group were 7.5±2. 3 days, 13.6±3.8days.There were significant differences between group comparison（P〈0.01）.Conclusion the application of mebo oil gauze strip processing breast abscess postoperative wound effect is better than that of vaseline gauze, with hemostatic and analgesic, accelerate wound healing effect physiological regeneration.
