50例莪术油葡萄糖注射液不良反应文献分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨莪术油注射液不良反应的规律和特点.方法 对文献报道的50例莪术油注射液不良反应报告进行分析.结果 莪术油注射液的主要不良反应是过敏反应,多在1-5min内发生,与用药剂量无关.结论 合理使用莪术油注射液,预防过敏反应,能够明显减少其不良反应的发生.Objective To investigate the rule and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions（ADR）of zedoary turmeric oil and glucose injection. Methods An analysis was conducted on 50 reports of adverse drug reactions resulted from zedoary turmeric oil injection collected from document.Results the adverse drug reactions of zedoary turmeric oil and glucose injection.mostly occurred in 1- 5 miniuts which were not same as the direction. Conclusion Rational use of zedoary turmeric oil injection and prevented allergic reactions can obviously reduce the adverse drug reactions of zedoary turmeric oil and glucose injection.
