呼吸管理团队在COPD患者康复护理过程中的作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨呼吸管理团队在COPD患者康复护理过程中的作用。方法随机抽取我院在2010年1月至2011年1月呼吸科收治的100例COPD患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，将100例COPD患者随机分为两个组，观察组和对照组，每组50例，其中，对观察组采用呼吸管理团队的工作方案实施院内综合康复护理和社区跟踪康复指导，对照组采用呼吸科现有常规进行治疗护理，两组病例出院后都要进行随访记录。针对两组患者的护理结果进行系统评价。结果观察组COPD患者在经过相应的呼吸管理团队的康复处理后，其恢复效果明显优于对照组，差异显著，具有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论呼吸管理团队在COPD患者康复护理过程中的应用，能有效的减轻患者的呼吸困难症状、增强活动耐力，延缓病情进展、改善营养状况、减轻心理负担，有效提高生存质量。Objective To investigate the respiratory management team in patients with COPD rehabilitation nursing role in the process. Results The COPD patients breathe in through the appropriate man- agement team rehabilitation treatment, the recovery is better than the control group, the difference was significant, with statistical significance, P d0. 05. Conclusion Respiratory rehabilitation in patients with COPD management team in the application of the nursing process, which can effectively reduce the patient＇s dyspnea, and enhance endurance activity, slow disease progression, improve nutritional status and reduce the psychological burden, improve quality of life.
