摘　　要：目的探讨家庭支持对宫颈癌及癌前病变患者住院期间心理状态的影响。方法采用家庭支持Apgar问卷和Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）进行问卷调查，对调查结果进行数据处理，并分析家庭支持与心理状态两者之间的关系。结果宫颈癌及癌前病变住院患者中，家庭支持与焦虑状态存在显著相关。结论宫颈癌及癌前病变住院病人的护理中，应重视家庭支持对病人心理状态的影响，加强健康教育，协助病人建立有效的家庭支持网络。Objective We explored the influence of family support to psychological status of inpatients with cervical cancer or pre--cancerous lesion. Methods We investigated inpatients with cervical cancer or pre--cancerous lesion using family support Apgar questionnaire and Zung Self--rating Anxiety ScaIe（SAS）, processed data and analyzed the relationship between family support and psychological status. Results Family support is greatly related to anxiety level in inpatients with cervical cnacer or pre--cancerous lesion. Conclusion We should pay more attention to the influence of family support to psychological status in inpatients with cervical cancer or pre--cancerous lesion, strengthen health education and assist patients to build effective family support network.
