责任制整体护理在肺结核大咯血行支气管动脉栓塞术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨责任制整俺护理模式在肺结核大咯血行支气管动脉栓塞术中的应用及效果。方法对16例对照组患者实施传统的功能制护理模式，时22例观察组患者实施责任制整体护理模式，比较开展前后基础护理完成情况及患者的满意度。结果观察组患者基础护理完全情况明显优于对照组患者，两组之间的差异显著（P〈0．05）；并且，观察组患者对护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论开展责任制整体护理能有效务实基础护理，规范护士行为，提高护理质量，从而提高病人满意度。Objective Our purpose of the study is to investigate the application and effect of Accountability Holistic Nursing for treatment of tuberculosis hemoptysis by bronchial artery embolization. Methods We applied traditional Functional Nursing mode to 16 patients of the control group, while we ap- plied Accountability Holistic Nursing mode to 22 patients of the observation group. The completion of basic nursing and patient satisfaction before nursing and after nursing was compared. Results The completion of basic nursing of patients in the observation group was obviously better than the control group, and there was an significant difference between the two groups （P^0.05）, and patient satisfaction of the observation group was obviously better than the control group （P^0.05）. Conclusion Applying Accountability Holistic Nursing can effectively compact basic nursing, restrict behavior of nurse and improve quality of nursing, thereby improve patient satisfaction.
