主动脉气囊反搏术的护理

摘　　要：目的通过主动脉气囊反搏，减轻心脏后负荷及心肌耗氧量，改善冠状动脉循环。方法通过动脉系统植入一根带气囊的导管到降主动脉内左锁骨下动脉开口远端，心脏舒张期给气囊充气，在心脏收缩期前给气囊排气。结果改善冠状动脉循环，稳定血流动力学，起到辅助循环的作用。Objective aortic balloon counterpulsation, reduce cardiac afterload and myocardial oxygen consumption, improve coronary circulation. Methods The implantation of an arterial system with a balloon catheter into the descending aorta distal opening of the left subclavian artery, diastolic to the air bag in flates, prior to the airbags in systolic exhaust. Results improve coronary circulation, stable hemodynamics, play a secondary circulation.
