右侧小指伸肌伴指伸肌肌腱异常1例

摘　　要：采用非测量性观察．发现该标本右手小指伸肌和指伸肌肌腱都发生了异常。右前臂后群肌有两条小指伸肌．未发现该处被破坏之痕迹；指伸肌的肌来往下移行为5条肌腱．分别进入第2-4指的伸肌腱鞘，但没有进入第5指的伸肌腱鞘的肌腱．亦未发现该处被破坏之痕迹。观察结果分析为先天性小指伸肌和指伸肌肌腱异常。Using non measurement observation, found that the specimen right hand little finger extensor and finger extensor tendon were abnormal. Right forearm muscle group has two little finger after extensor, found no traces of it was damaged; Refers to the extensor muscle to move down be- havior five tendons, respectively in 2 4 refers to the extensor tendon sheath, but no into 5 refers to the extensor tendon sheath of tendon, also found no traces of it was damaged. Observation analysis of congenital little finger extensor and finger extensor tendon abnormality.
