摘 要:取4日龄雏鸡50只,随机分成5组。阴性对照组正常日粮;阳性对照组第1d日粮中添加鸡白痢沙门氏菌,菌数平均为4×107个/只,以后正常饲喂;实验组第1天日粮中加入鸡白痢沙门氏菌,菌数平均为4×107个/只,之后加入不同剂量MSL抗菌肽,第2天开始每天只加入MSL抗菌肽,连加4d,以后正常饲喂。试验共进行13d,每天观察雏鸡临床表现,剖检病死雏鸡。结果表明,MSL抗菌肽不仅对鸡白痢有较好的预防作用,而且可明显促进雏鸡的生长。The aim of this experiment was to explore the protective role of MSL on the pullorum disease induced by salmonell .Fifty chicken of 4 days old were randomly divided into negative group ,active group ,low dose MSL group ,mid dose MSL group and high dose MSL group .The chicken in the negative group were fed with normal daily feed .The chicken in positive group were given food with salmonell (4 × 107 per chick-en) at the first day .Then they were fed with normal daily feed .In experiment group the chicken were given food with ration with salmonell (4 × 107 per chicken) at the first day ,and were fed with normal daily feed with different doses MSL antimicrobial peptide from the second day to fifth day .After the fifth day the chicken were fed with normal daily feed .The experimental period was 13 days .At the end of the experiment the clin-ical symptom of the chicken were recorded and the dead chicken were dissected .The results showed that MSL antimicrobial peptide exerted pro-tective role on the pullorum disease induced by salmonell and promoted the growth of the chicken .
