摘 要:以氨基硅油(DC 8500)为原料,选用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO3、AEO9)、醇醚糖苷(AEG)表面活性剂复配作为乳化剂,制备氨基硅油微乳液,并分析了乳化剂类型、复配比、用量、pH等因素对氨基硅油微乳化的影响.通过比较、优化条件,最终选定最优乳化剂为AEO3、AEG复配乳化剂,最佳复配比为m(AEO3)∶m(AEG)=4∶6,当乳化剂用量为氨基硅油的40%(质量分数),pH=5.0~6.0时,可制得固含量为20%、透光率大于94%、平均粒径为42.1 nm、体系均一、稳定的氨基硅油微乳液.The amino-silicone microemulsion was prepared using amino-silicone oil (DC 8500), alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (AEO3, AEO9) and surfactant alkylethoxyglucoside (AEG) as raw materials. The influenc es of the type, match ratio and amount of emulsifier and pH on the amino silicone microemulsion were ana lyzed. By comparison and optimization of conditions, the results showed that AEO3-AEG was selected as the complex emulsifier and the optimal match ratio was rn(AEO3):m(AEG)=4: 6. The stable amino-silicone micro-emulsion with 20% content of solid, more than 94% of transmittance and 42.1 nm of average particle size could be prepared when content of emulsifier was 40% of amino-silicone oil and pH was 5.0-6.0.
