摘  要:在纯棉纱线活性染料染色后,应用超声波皂洗代替常规皂洗,对超声波皂洗工艺进行了优化,讨论了超声波频率、温度、时间、皂洗剂用量和皂洗次数对皂洗效果的影响,得出了最佳超声波皂洗工艺:超声波频率35 kHz,皂洗剂0.5~2 g/L,45℃皂洗30~60 s;对于深色染色品种,经过2次皂洗即可达到常规皂洗3次的效果.Ultrasonic soaping was applied in reactive dyeing of cotton yarn, which replaced the conven tional soaping. The influences of ultrasonic frequency, temperature, time, dosage of soaping agent and soap ing number on soaping effects were discussed. The optimum process was obtained: ultrasonic frequency 35 kHz, soaping agent 0.5-2 g/L, soaping at 45℃ for 30-60 s. Compared with traditional soaping three times, the same soaping effects of dark shade samples would be achieved only with twice ultrasonic soaping.
