摘　　要：欧盟IPPC指令在预防和控制工业污染排放方面发挥着重要作用,BAT参考文件是该指令的重要支撑。介绍了欧盟BAT参考文件的概况、文本结构及主要内容,提出欧盟纺织行业BAT对我国染整行业污染防治的启示。The European Union IPPC instructions play a significant role in preventing and controlling the industry pollution and emission, and BAT reference documents are the important support for IPPC instructions. The general situation, text structure and main content about European Union BAT reference documents are introduced, and the enlightenment of pollution prevention in Chinese dyeing and finishing industry are also proposed.
