举国体制制度设计反思与展望

摘　　要：本文首先回顾举国体制发展历程以及对我国竞技体育事业所做出的贡献。在此基础上从制度设计入手分析举国体制,指出举国体制制度设计上存在的不足,进而展望市场经济条件下我国举国体制发展方向。This paper starts with a review on the development the competitive sports undertaking in China, and then analyzes in the design. Finally, the author proposes a new direction for of the Whole Nation System and its contributions to the design of the System, pointing out shortcomings the System against the backdrop of market economy.
