摘 要:针对传统SVPWM调制方式不能有效地减小开关损耗及逆变器产生的电流谐波,导致电机工作效率降低,并且使电机转矩脉动增加的问题,通过分析SVPWM调制技术的原理,找出影响开关损耗的因素,对比不同工作情况下的SVPWM调制方式,提出最小损耗SVPWM调制方法。这种方法能够对零矢量进行最优分配,达到降低开关损耗、减小输出信号谐波含量的目的。对传统方法和该优化方法进行了开关损耗以及逆变器电流谐波分析比较,仿真结果验证了该优化方法的正确性和合理性。Conventional SVPWM modulation methods don't reduce switch losses and current harmonic generated by inverter ef- fectively, so the quality of the output signal is affected, motor work efficiency is low and the motor torque ripple is increased. The prin- ciples of SVPWM were introduced. A new SVPWM modulation technique was proposed by analyzing the influence factors on the switch losses, which can effectively reduce switch losses and harmonic. Using this method, the purpose of decreasing switching losses and re- ducing the harmonic content of the output signal could be achieved through executing the optimal distribution of zero vector. Switch los- ses and harmonic generated by inverter of the traditional method and the new method were compared. Correctness and feasibility of the new method are testified.
