摘　　要：深井摇台及销齿推车机成套技术做到了设备简单化、操作智能化、运行自动化,工艺简单、结构紧凑,简化了矿井车场布置,解决了多年来存在的操车工艺复杂且需要人工辅助操车和布置型式受条件限制的难题,提高了工作效率和生产现场的安全性,使操车技术和工艺取得突破进展。对操车系统的构成、工作原理、液压站、电控及信号系统进行了深入的研究。The complete sets of technology of deep well cradle and gear trolley machine had characters of simplification in equip- ment, operation with intelligence, automatic operation, simple process and compact structure, so the mine yard layout was simplified. Over the years existing complex operating trolley process, required manual operation and layout constraints problems were solved, work efficiency and the production site safety were improved, and breakthrough in progress of the trolley operation technology and technics were made. The composition of operating trolley system, working principle, hydraulic station, electric control and signal system were studied deeply.
