阻燃温拌沥青技术在丹通高速公路隧道路面中的应用

摘　　要：针对隧道沥青路面铺装的特点,开发一种施工温度低、阻燃效果好的阻燃温拌沥青混合料,并对其进行室内试验及检测,并在丹通高速公路隧道路面中应用。结果表明:阻燃温拌沥青混合料与热拌沥青混合料相比,路用性能基本相同,并且施工过程中排放的烟气总量及毒气含量明显减少,是一项值得推广的新技术。Aiming at the paving features of tunnel pavement, this article develops a flame-retardant warm-mixed asphalt mixture with low mixing temperature and good flame-retardant effect, which is tested indoor, paved and detected on road under test. The result shows that the flame-retarded warm-mixed as- phalt mixture can completely match up with the properties of hot-mixed asphalt mixture. And in the con- struction process, the haze total quantity and the poisonous gas contents discharged are obviously reduced. So it is a new technology worth of being promoted.
