石斛几种拮抗真菌的筛选鉴定

摘　　要：采用平板分离技术,从药用石斛根系中分离获得内生真菌,并通过平板对峙试验,筛选对石斛病原真菌有拮抗作用的菌株,进一步利用分子技术对其进行分类鉴定.结果表明:从石斛菌根中共分离获得2种拮抗真菌,分别属于黑孢属(Nigrospora)和葡萄座腔菌属(Botryosphaeria).The experiment isolated some endophytic fungi from the medicinal Dendrobium plants by plate separation technology, selected the strains with antagonistic activities to pathogenic fungi through plate confrontation test, and then identified the antagonistic fungi by molecular technology. The results show that there are two kinds of antagonistic fungi isolated from mycorrhiza, which belong to Genus Nigrospora and Botryospheria respectively.
