联合表皮生长因子(EGF)凝胶和胶原贴敷料治疗面部深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究联合表皮生长因子(EGF)凝胶和胶原贴敷料对面部深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的治疗作用。方法选取88例烧伤患者,随机分为对照组(44例)和实验组(44例)。对照组患者采用磺胺嘧啶粉换药治疗,实验组患者则用胶原贴敷料联合EGF凝胶治疗,分别统计两组创面止痛效果、创面愈合时间及疤痕发生率。结果与对照组相比,实验组患者痛苦轻,创面愈合快,疤痕发生率也低。结论联合应用胶原贴敷料和EGF凝胶治疗面部Ⅱ度烧伤创面,能有效减轻创面疼痛,缩短创面愈合时间,提高创面愈合率,降低疤痕发生率,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of epidermal growth factor（EGF） gel and collagen dressing in the treatment of facial deep Ⅱ degree burn.Methods 88 patients with facial deep Ⅱ degree burn were randomly divided into two groups,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received the dressing change with sulphadiazine powder,and the experimental group were treated with EGF gel and collagen dressing.The analgesic effect,wound healing time and scar incidence of two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,patients in the experimental group had less pain,faster healing,and lower incidence of scar.Conclusions The combined application of EGF gel and collagen dressing in the treatment of facial deep Ⅱ degree burn can effectively reduce wound pain,shorten healing time,improve the rate of wound healing and reduce scarring incidence,which is worthy of clinical application.
