优质护理服务对老年髋关节周围骨折术后镇痛不全患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理服务对老年髋关节周围骨折术后镇痛不全患者的影响。方法随机选择优质护理服务前(2010年1月至2011年5月,常规护理组)和优质护理服务后(2011年6月至2012年10月,护理干预组)老年髋关节周围骨折患者各100例。常规护理组仅进行一般护理常规,护理干预组在此基础上给予优质护理服务,比较两组患者术后疼痛和焦虑情绪。结果干预后护理干预组患者的术后疼痛程度和焦虑情绪明显低于常规护理组。结论优质护理服务的开展明显降低了老年髋关节周围骨折患者术后疼痛程度,改善了患者的焦虑情绪,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the influence of high-quality nursing service in bone fractures around hip joint patients with postoperative analgesia insufficiency.Methods 200 elderly patients with bone fractures around hip joint from January 2010 to May 2011（100 cases,routine nursing,routine nursing group） and from June 2011 to October 2012（100 cases,high-quality service nursing,nursing intervention group） were selected in this study.The postoperative pain and anxiety emotion of two groups were compared.Results The intervention group had lower postoperative pain and anxiety emotion compared with the control group.Conclusions High-quality nursing service can significantly reduce the postoperative pain and anxiety,improve patients＇ anxious emotion in patients with bone fractures around hip joint,which is worthy of clinical application.
