针对性信息支持对新生儿重症监护病房患儿母亲焦虑的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨针对性信息支持对新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)患儿母亲焦虑的影响。方法选择在我院分娩的入住NICU的产后母婴分离的母亲136例,随机分为针对性信息支持组和对照组。对照组实施常规医患交流,针对性信息支持组先应用Molter《病人家属需要量表》进行问卷调查,根据调查提出的患儿母亲的真正需求内容,给予其个体化、有针对性的信息支持。使用Zung编制的焦虑自评量表,分别在分娩当天和针对性信息支持后28天进行测评,比较两组产妇的焦虑状态。结果患儿母亲最关心的是与患儿生命攸关的需要:如患儿的生命安全、患儿的治疗与预后;患儿母亲希望能够给患儿进行支持和探视的需求;患儿母亲对情感支持的需要较迫切;针对性信息支持干预后,针对性信息支持干预组焦虑得分较对照组明显降低,两组的焦虑得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);针对性信息支持组焦虑发生率较对照组明显降低,两组的焦虑发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对NICU母婴分离产妇进行针对性信息支持干预能有效缓解产妇的产后焦虑。Objective To study the effect of pertinent information support on postpartum anxiety of mothers with infants in neonatal intensive care unit（NICU）.Methods 136 mothers with infants in NICU who were in a period of postpartum maternal separation were randomly divided into the pertinent information support group and control group.The control group was performed conventional support procedure;the pertinent information support group was firstly conducted a questionnaire survey by the scale of ＂needs of patients＇ family＂ of Molter,and through the investigation of the real needs of mothers,they were given individualized,pertinent information support.The anxieties were assessed before and after intervention by the self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）.The maternal anxiety status was compared between two groups.Results Mothers were most concerned with the vital need,and hoped to be able to give children with support and visitation;emotional support was the more immediate needs.The anxiety score of pertinent information support group was less than that of control group（P 0.05）.The percentage of anxiety of nursing support group was less than that of control group（P 0.05）.Conclusions The pertinent information support can reduce the severity of postpartum anxiety of mothers with infants in NICU.
