摘 要:本试验选用4个甘蓝高代自交系20-2-5-2-2-2-1,B_2-1-1,01-1-6-5-7-1-2和31-9-3-2-2作亲本,按 Griffing 双列杂交遗传交配设计方法,配制了 F_1,F_2及回交世代组合,全部试材进行苗期人工接种、抗病性鉴定。对试验结果进行方差分析、Vr/Wr 分析和 X_c^2 测定。试验结果表明,甘蓝对 TuMV 的抗性表现为完全显性,其抗病性受两对独立的显性基因控制,只要具备两对基因中的一个就表现为抗病。由于 F_1组合和 F_2及回交世代抗病性表现,说明正、反交抗病性差异不明显,细胞质遗传效应不显著。Four cabbage inbred lines A,A′,B and B′,chosen for their differential reactions toTuMV,were crossed according to a diallel mating design to study the inheritance of resistanceto TuMV.Seedlings of F_1,BC_1,BC_2 and F_2 generations were artificially inoculated with a strainof TuMV at cotyledon stage in.a controlled temperature chamber.The experimental data were analyzed by means of variance analysis,Wr/Vr graphicanalysis and X^2_c test.The results showed that the resistance to TuMV in Cabbages was domi-nant due to two dominant genes.The two genes were independent of each other.
