摘　　要：介绍了以西门子S7-314DP PLC为控制核心,实现固定传感器数据采集和系统各部分控制的锅炉能效测控系统。通过PROFIBUS扩展ET200的方式实现现场移动数据的采集和控制。温度控制在±1℃范围内,压力控制在5%范围内,液位控制在4.6%范围内,正反平衡效率误差控制在4%。This paper introduces that it takes the Siemens S7-314DP PLC as the control core, which realized the fixed sensor data acquisition and control of each part of the system, using ET200 through the PROFIBUS achieved field mobile data acquisition and control. As result ,the temperature can be controlled in ± 1℃, the pressure can be controlled in the 5% range, the liquid level control in the 4.6% range, the positive and negative balance efficiency error controlled in 4%.
