肿瘤医院专职心理护士岗位的设立及实践

摘　　要：为了更好解决患者的心理情绪问题,给患者提供优质护理服务,推动肿瘤专科护理的发展,2010年8月成立了心理纾缓护理专科小组,设立了专职心理护士岗位,制定了一系列工作制度和管理方法,明确了专职心理护士的工作职责、工作内容及工作模式。经公开选拔、培训,确定了6名专职心理护士。由其对所在病区患者提供心理评估及心理干预,负责全院心理会诊,参与危机干预,开展心理健康讲座,接受电话咨询。开展工作2.5年以来,共进行心理评估6 817例次,心理干预1 102例次,院内会诊148例次,危机干预11例次;开展心理健康讲座60次,接受来电咨询180次。此外,还向病区反映患者住院护理问题15个,病区根据问题进行持续质量改进,提高了住院患者的满意度。专职心理护士的工作得到了患者的肯定及医护人员的好评,进一步深化了专科优质护理服务。In order to solve psychological problems of patients, to provide quality nursing service for patients and to promote the development of cancer nursing, a mental health nursing panel was established and corresponding working system and management including working responsibility, content and method were identified. Six mental health nurses were selected and responsible for psychological evaluation and mental intervention as well as psychological consultation, crisis intervention and mental health lecture. In the past several years, there were 6 81？ psychological evaluations, 1 102 interventions, 148 consultations, 11 crisis intervention, 60 mental health lectures and 180 telephone consultations. Continuous quality improvement was implemented based on mental health nurses＇ feedback, which satisfied patients greatly. Mental health nurses played an important role in improving nursing quality.
