摘　　要：从铸板式筛网振动筛和悬臂筛网振动筛的设备特点出发,比较分析了宝钢股份炼铁厂二烧结成品整理系统筛分机改造前后的筛分效果、节能降耗和环境改善三方面的差异,结果表明,新型悬臂筛网振动筛具有明显优势,更能适应新形势下的生产要求。Based on the different characteristics of casting plate screen mesh and cantilever screen mesh vibrating screen, sieving efficiency, energy saving and consumption reduction and environmental improvement are compared and analyzed between before and after the transformation of product screens in No.2 sinter machine of Baogang Iron-making Plant. The results show that, cantilever screen mesh vibrating screen has obvious advantages and meets better the needs of production under the new situation.
