摘　　要："摇臂"是摇臂钻床的大型关键基础零件,结构特殊、尺寸精度高,加工难度大,其加工效率是影响整个机床生产效率的关键环节,经过长期探索和认真研究,我们对原有工艺进行了改进,重新设计制造了镗孔专用机床、专用胎具和专用研具,使摇臂加工效率成倍提高,并且加工精度稳定、废品率降低、生产成本明显下降。Rocker is the key part of radial drilling machines,its structure is special,and size is precision,and processing is difficulty,the processing efficiency which effect whole machine production efficiency of rocker is key links;after long-term groping and seriously research,we have improved original technology,we redesign and manufacture Special boring machine、special fixture and special grind tools to make the processing efficiency of rocker multiply improved,and processing precision stability,and waste rate is reduced,and production cost declines obviously.
