摘  要:文章研究不同氮浓度(0、0.5、1、5、10、247 mg/L)培养的小球藻对发头裸腹溞生长发育和生殖的影响.随氮浓度的增大,发头裸腹溞的首次怀卵时间(成熟时间)呈现先缩短后升高的趋势,首次怀卵体长随氮浓度的增大逐渐增大.发头裸腹溞的最大首次产幼溞数(13.7 ind./per female)出现在氮浓度为10 mg/L的实验组.高氮浓度组的发头裸腹溞种群密度小于低氮浓度组.One-way ANOVA分析表明,不同氮浓度培养的小球藻对发头裸腹溞的首次怀卵时间(P<0.001)、首次怀卵体长(P<0.001)、首次产幼数(P=0.031)均具有显著影响,但对其种群密度无显著影响(P=0.234).结果表明,过高或过低的氮浓度培养的小球藻不利于发头裸腹的生长与生殖.The effect of C. vulgaris cultured by different nitrogen concentrations (0, 0. 5, 1, 5, 10 and 247 mg/L) on the growth and reproduction of M. irrasa was studied. With the increase of nitrogen concentration, time at first pregnancy (mature time) of M. irrasa was shortened first and then prolonged, while its body length at first pregnancy increased. The maximum of number of offspring at first reproduction (13.7 ind./per female)occurred in the group of 10 mg/L nitrogen concentration. The population density of M. irrasa at a higher nitrogen concentration was less than that at a lower nitrogen concentration. One- way ANOVA analysis showed significant effects of Chlorella vulgaris cultured by different nitrogen concentrations on time and body length at first pregnancy( P〈0. 001). number of offspring at first reproduction of M. irrasa were observed, but it was not significant on population density. The results suggested that Chlorella vulgaris cultured by too high or low nitrogen concentrations was not favorable for the growth and reproduction of M. irrasa.
