摘  要:25℃和28℃下,研究发头裸腹和隆线不同发育阶段的个体耗氧率.结果表明:温度对隆线溞的个体耗氧率的影响不显著(P=0.178),但对发头裸腹溞的个体耗氧率有极显著的影响(P=0.004).随着龄期的增加,28℃下发头裸腹的个体耗氧率明显低于25℃.25℃和28℃下,隆线溞的个体耗氧率随龄数的增长而增加.在成龄I和成龄II之间两种枝角类的个体耗氧率均存在显著性差异(发头裸腹溞:P=0.034;隆线溞:P=0.002).结果显示,温度对枝角类个体耗氧率的影响存在种类的差异性.The individual oxygen consumption rate of different developmental phases in Moina irrasa and Daphnia carinata were studied at 25 ℃ and 28 ℃. The results showed that the effect of temperature on the individual oxygen consumption rate of D. carinata was not significant (P =0. 178), but it was very significant for M. irrasa (P = 0. 004). With the increase of instar, the individual oxygen consumption rate of M. irrasa at 28 ℃ was obviously lower than at 25 ℃. The individual oxygen consumption rate of D. carinata increased with the increase of instar at 25 ℃ and 28 ℃. There were significant differences between adult instar I and adult instar II (M. irrasa: P = 0. 034; D. carinata: P = 0. 002). The results suggested that the influence of temperature on the individual consumption rate of cladocerans had the difference of species.
