新建本科院校人才培养模式探究——基于大学生职业化教育视角

摘　　要：新建本科院校是我国本科院校中一个重要的组成部分,肩负着为我国社会经济发展培养一线人才的重任。本文在对新建本科院校的现状进行分析的提前下,进一步对新建本科院校的人才培养模式进行了详细的分析,并提出了新建本科院校人才培养模式运行中应注意的问题,以期为新建本科院校的发展尽绵薄之力。Newly-buih undergraduate course colleges and universities is an important part of the shoulder for cultivating talents of a line of social and economic development in our country. Based on the analysis of the status quo of newly-built universities and colleges of undergraduate course in advance, this paper further analyses the personnel training mode of newly-built universities and colleges of undergraduate course, and puts forward the newly-built undergraduate course colleges and universities personnel training mode in the operation of the problems that should be paid attention to, in order to contribute to the development of newly-buih universities and colleges of undergraduate course.
