摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、测试法、访谈法数理统计法、对比分析法对2010年第三次国民体质监测得到的彝族大学生数据进行分析研究,探讨彝族大学生的生活习惯与体质健康的相互关系,并为今后"健康第一"为指导思想的学校体育教学改革提供科学依据。This paper analysis and study on the data of 2010 Third National Physique Monitoring of college students of Yi nationality by using the methods of documentation questionnaire method, the test method, interview and mathematical statistics and comparative analysis to explore the relationship of the living habits and physical health condition of college students of Yi Nationality, and provide a scientific basis for the future ＂Health First＂ as the guiding ideology of school physical education reform.
