摘　　要：创新是新时期高校课余训练运动队思想工作起点与出路。普通高校群体型高水平运动队思想工作必须从心理学角度出发,讲求对人的需求、动机的关注;教练员对运动队思想工作应具有体系理念、整体观念,坚持人本化原则,关注各个构成元素在思想工作中的角色与作用。新媒体文化下,高校运动队思想工作要从运动队核心任务出发,坚持观念创新、方法内容创新、队伍建设创新,要与时俱进,讲究实效性与科学性。Innovation is the starting point of training college sports teams＇ ideological work in new era. Ordinary university high level group type sports teams＇ ideological work must be started from psychological point, stressed on the human needs, motivational attention; Faced to ideological and political work, coaches should have a system concept, the overall concept, and adhere to the people-oriented principle, pay attention to each role and function of elements in the ideological work. Under the new media culture, college sports teams＇ ideological work should start from the core task of sports team; adhere to the concept of innovation, content innovation, method innovation team construction; must keep pace with the times, and pay attention to actual affection and science.
