摘  要:目的:探讨体外受精胚胎移植中hCG注射后授精时间间隔超过42 h对胚胎质量的影响。方法:将进行常规体外受精-胚胎移植519个周期的5493枚卵子分为两组,A组hCG注射后授精时间间隔大于42 h授精,B组hCG注射后授精时间间隔小于40 h授精,均于受精后16~18 h左右去除卵丘细胞观察授精的情况,分别统计并比较两组的受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率和可利用胚胎率。结果:两组的受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率、可利用胚胎率比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:IVF-ET中取卵后在超过最佳授精时间授精并不影响胚胎的质量。Objective: To investigate the effect of embryo quality on the insemination time interval more than 42 hours after the injection of human chorionic gonadotrophin ( hCG ) in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer ( IVF-ET ) .Method: The 5493 eggs of the 519 cycles in the conventional IVF- ET were divided into two groups, group A was insemination in the insemination time interval more than 42 hours after the injection of hCG, and group B was insemination in the insemination time interval less than 40 hours after the injection of hCG.Observed the fertilization condition after removing the cumulus cells in 16-18 hours after fertilization, fertilization rate, cleavage rate, high quality embryo rate and the embryo rate of the groups were counted and compared respectively.Result: The fertilization rate, cleavage rate, high quality embryo rate and the embryo rate of two groups had no significant difference ( P〉0.05 ) .Conclusion: Insemination in exceeding the optimal insemination time after oocyte retrieval has no effect on the embryo quality in IVF-ET.
