摘 要:目的:通过成功复制小鼠肺纤维化模型,探讨肺靶向参芎明胶微球对肺间质纤维化的影响,从而找到解决肺纤维化的有效治疗方法。方法:选取60只健康小鼠,随机分为三组,正常对照组、参芎明胶微球药物治疗组、模型组各20只。通过病理观察判断模型成功与否,以及测定肺组织转化生长因子β(Transforming growth factorβ,TGFβ)积分光密度值(IOD),来确定参芎明胶微球治疗干预肺纤维化的疗效。结果:模型组肺组织TGFβ1IOD值明显高于参芎明胶微球药物治疗组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:参芎明胶微球可降低肺纤维化小鼠早期TGFβ1在肺组织的表达,对小鼠肺纤维化有一定的抑制作用。Objective: For the model successfully reproduced pulmonary fibrosis in mice, to investigate the effects of Shenxiong gelatin microspheres to pulmonary interstitial fibrosis of lung targeting, in order to find the effective treatment method to solve the pulmonary fibrosis. Method: To select 60 healthy mice, which were randomly divided into 3 groups, normal control group, S.henxiong gelatin microspheres drug treatment group, model group, 20 rats in each group. The pathological observation model was successful or not, and lung tissue were measured by TGF [3 IOD, to determine the effect of pulmonary fibrosis Shenxiong gelatin microspheres for therapeutic intervention. Result: Model group was significantly higher than Shenxiong gelatin microspheres drug treatment group for the TGF 13 1 IOD of Lung tissue ( P〈0.01 ), there was statistical significance. Conclusion: Shenxiong gelatin microspheres could reduce mice pulmonary fibrosis in the early stage of TGF [3 1 expression in lung tissue of rats. Shenxiong gelatin microspheres had a certain inhibitory effect on pulmonary fibrosis in mice.
