42例急性胰腺炎的超声诊断体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声诊断对急性胰腺炎的诊断价值。方法:收集临床确诊的42例急性胰腺炎患者的超声图像并加以分析总结。结果:临床诊断的42例急性胰腺炎患者中,有28例超声显示为急性水肿型胰腺炎,10例超声显示为急性坏死型胰腺炎,4例超声下胰腺显示不清,超声诊断与临床诊断符合率为90.5%。结论:超声检查是诊断急性胰腺炎的一种重要手段,对急性胰腺炎的早期诊断、及时治疗及预后评估具有重要的指导意义。Objective： To explore the clinical value of ultrasonic diagnosis in diagnosis of acute pancreatitis. Method： Collected and analyzed the sonogram of 42 patients which were diagnosed with acute pancreatitis. Result： Among the 42 patients who had been clinically diagnosed, there were 28 of acute edematous pancreatitis, 10 of acute necrotizing pancreatitis, 4 of pancreas showed unclear. The coincidence rate of ultrasonic diagnosis and clinical diagnosis attained 90.5%. Conclusion： Uhrasonography is an important method in diagnosis of acute pancreatitis, and it has important guiding significance for acute pancreatitis in early diagnosis, timely treatment and prognosis.
