摘 要:目的:研究铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa,PA)在ICU感染的比较与分析。方法:对2011年-2012年本院ICU科室中PA肺部感染患者的临床标本进行检测,并对检测结果进行统计和分析。结果:2011年PA共检出54例,2012年PA共检出70例。2011年多重耐药PA共检出21例,而2012年多重耐药PA共检出29例。2012年在ICU中感染PA耐药率较2011年有很大改善,呈现出普遍下降的趋势。2012年ICU中多重耐药PA耐药率较2011年显著增强,呈现逐渐上升趋势。结论:在ICU中,应加强对于院内感染的管理,合理使用抗生素,加强政策落实和监管,方可降低PA感染率。但对于多重耐药PA,由于是全球问题,无法完全避免。应采用合理用药或者联合用药的方式,加之其他部门的用药配合,降低或防止耐药菌株传播,最终产生良好的治疗效果。Objective: To compare and analyze Pseudomonas aeruginosa ( PA ) in the ICU. Method: From 2011 to 2011 in our hospital ICU PA in patients with pulmonary infection in the department of clinical specimens were detected, and the results were analzsed. Result: The PA was detected in 54 cases in 2011, while 70 cases in 2012. Multi-drug resistance of PA was detected in 21 cases in 2011, while in 29 cases in 2012. Resistance rates of PA infection in 2012 had greatly improved compared to 2011 in ICU, showing a general downward trend. Multiple drug resistance rate of PA in 2012 had significantly increased compared to 2011 in ICU, showing a gradual upward trend. Conclusion: In ICU, should strengthen the management for hospital infection, the rational use of antibiotics, strengthen policy implementation and supervision, can reduce the PA infection rate. But for multiple drug resistant PA, since is a global problem, cannot avoid completely. Should adopt the way of rational drug use or combination, together with other departments of drug use, reduce or prevent the spread of drug-resistant strains, eventually produce a good therapeutic effect.
