摘  要:以CuSn8Ni3雾化合金粉和WS2为原料,采用粉末冶金松装烧结技术制备铜基固体无铅自润滑材料,利用X射线衍射、能谱微区成分定量分析以及热力学自由能计算等研究该材料中WS2的烧结行为,并研究WS2含量(质量分数)对其显微组织、孔隙度及硬度等的影响。结果表明,在高温烧结条件下,WS2不与保护气氛H2发生反应,但在化学驱动力作用下WS2与金属基体原位形成金属硫化物和W等新相;随WS2含量增加,烧结后材料的孔隙度逐步增大,硬度显著降低,但通过轧制和复烧,孔隙度明显下降,并且由于硬质相W的颗粒强化作用,硬度显著提高。Cu-based lead-free solid self-lubricating materials were prepared by powder metallurgy loose sintering technique.The sintering behavior of WS2 in Cu-based lead-free solid self-lubricating materials during sintering process was systematically studied through X-ray diffraction,energy diffraction spectrum(EDS) and thermodynamic calculation.Meantime,the effect of the content(mass fraction) of WS2 on the microstructure,porosity and hardness of the materials was addressed.The results show that WS2 doesn't react with the protective atmosphere H2,but there is chemical driving force to form the new phases such as metal sulfides and W between WS2 and matrix at high sintering temperature;with the increasing of WS2 content,the porosity of the initial sintered materials increases gradually,the hardness decreases significantly.However,after the finish rolling and re-sintering,the porosity of the material reduces effectively,the hardness improves obviously due to the grain strengthening effect of the hard phase W.
