摘 要:利用高温短时拉伸、XRD、扫描电镜和透射电镜对峰时效态的Al-Cu-Mg-Ag和Al-Cu-Mg-Ag-Fe-Ni合金的高温力学性能及显微组织进行分析。结果表明:Fe和Ni的加入可消耗可固溶的Cu,降低合金的时效硬化能力,减少Ω相的析出数量,减缓Ω相的长大和粗化速度;同时导致Al-Cu-Mg-Ag-Fe-Ni合金在190℃时效时,达到峰值的时间比Al-Cu-Mg-Ag合金长,硬度和强度峰值下降。虽然Al-Cu-Mg-Ag-Fe-Ni合金的强度低于Al-Cu-Mg-Ag合金,但Fe和Ni的加入,增强了该合金的强度随温度升高时的稳定性。Microstructures and mechanical properties of Al-Cu-Mg-Ag and Al-Cu-Mg-Ag-Fe-Ni alloy were investigated at different temperatures by means of high temperature tensile test,XRD,SEM and TEM.The results show that,the additions of Fe and Ni can decrease the age hardening responsibility of the Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloy and suppresse precipitation and coarsening of Ω phase by consuming Cu atoms soluted within the matrix,thereby leading to the prolonged time to reach to peak value of the Al-Cu-Mg-Ag-Fe-Ni alloy being larger than that of the Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloy,and decrease of hardness and tensile strength,in peak-aged condition at 190 ℃.Although the strength of Al-Cu-Mg-Ag-Fe-Ni alloy is always lower than that of Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloy,but it suggests that the combined additions of Fe and Ni can enhance the stability of strength of Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloy.
