摘 要:采用化学气相沉积工艺在C/C复合材料表面制备热解炭涂层,利用扫描电镜以及能谱仪等分析手段研究涂层的结构,通过氧乙炔焰烧蚀试验考察热解炭涂层对C/C复合材料高温耐烧蚀性能的影响。结果表明:在C/C复合材料表面沉积热解炭涂层可显著提高材料的短时高温耐烧蚀性能。经过20 s的高温氧乙炔焰烧蚀后,与无热解炭涂层的C/C复合材料试样相比,涂层试样的线烧蚀率和质量烧蚀率分别下降26.92%和75.76%。在烧蚀中心区,热解炭涂层完全被烧蚀损耗掉;在烧蚀过渡区,涂层表现为局部烧穿;而在烧蚀边缘区,涂层表面烧蚀后形成了众多的烧蚀孔洞,呈现出蜂窝状的结构形貌。烧蚀过程中,涂层的烧蚀机制以热氧化和燃气冲刷为主。Ablation resistant pyrolytic carbon coating was prepared on C/C composites surface by chemical vapor deposition(CVD) technology.The structure of the coating was studied by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and energy dispersion spectrometer(EDS) analysis,and the effect of the coating on ablation resistance of C/C composites was investigated by oxyacetylene torch flame test.The results show that the prepared pyrolytic carbon coating can effectively improve the ablation resistance of C/C composites in short time ablation.Compared with C/C composites without coating,the linear ablation rate and mass ablation rate of the coated C/C composites after 20 s ablation reduce 26.92% and 75.76%,respectively.In the ablation center,the pyrolytic carbon coating was ablated or scoured completely;in the transitional field,partial of the coating was ablated;while in the ablation rim,ablation holes that revealed as honeycomb structure were formed on the coating surface.In the ablation process,the ablation mechanism of the coating is mainly controlled by thermo-oxidation and scouring.
