摘 要:利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及拉伸实验机研究了挤压温度对AZ61镁合金微观组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明,挤压变形后AZ61镁合金发生了动态再结晶,合金晶粒得到明显细化.当挤压温度从370℃提高到400℃时,合金晶粒长大,抗拉强度和屈服强度均呈明显的下降趋势,而伸长率则变化不明显.当挤压比为32,挤压温度为370℃时,合金的力学性能优良,组织细化均匀,此时合金的抗拉强度为320.2MPa,屈服强度为236.8MPa,伸长率为15.4%.In this article,the effects of temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ex- truded AZ61 magnesium alloy were investigated via microscope, scanning electron microscope and tensile test machine. It was found that extrusion deformation could fine the grains of AZ61 magnesium alloy by dynamic recrystallization. With the increment of the extrusion temperature from 370 ℃ to 400℃, the grains grew up,which led to the obvious reduction of the tensile strength and yield strength,but the elon- gation had little change. After being extruded under conditions of extrusion ratio of 32 and extrusion tem- perature of 370 ℃, the AZ61 alloy could gain homogeneous microstructure and good mechanical properties, meanwhile the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of AZ61 reached 320. 2 MPa,236.8 MPa and 15.4%, respectively.
