摘　　要：目的 总结法洛四联症（Tetralogy of Fallot,TOF）一期外科治疗的经验,探讨TOF早期根治的相关问题.方法 选取我院2001年1月至2009年1月行手术治疗的患者24例,手术前均经过超声心动图检查确诊,并在低温、体外循环下对患者行一期手术.结果 TOF24例中,死亡1例,死亡原因为低心排血量综合征,其余病例痊愈出院.结论 法洛四联症手术治疗效果满意,术前正确诊断,心内畸形的矫正和围手术期的正确处理是降低死亡率发生的关键.Objective To summarize the experience in primary surgical therapy for tetralogy of fallot （TOF） and to investigate the related issues about early radical cure of TOF.Methods 24 patients surgically treated from January 2001 to January of 2009 in our hospital were selected,including 13 males and 11 females.All the patients were finally diagnosed by echocardiography before the surgery,and all the patients received primary surgery at low temperature and the support of extracorporeal circulation.Results Among the 24 patients with TOF,1 died of low cardiac output syndrome,and the others were cured and discharged.Conclusion The therapeutic effects of surgery for TOF is satisfactory,and preoperative correct diagnosis,correction of endocardiac abnormalities and perioperative correct treatment are the keys to decreasing death rate.
