精细护理对重症急性胰腺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨精细护理对重症急性胰腺炎（severe acute pancreatitis,SAP）的疗效影响.方法 收集40例SAP患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组20例,对照组常规护理,治疗组精细护理,观察患者的临床疗效、并发症和平均住院时间.结果 两组患者的总有效率、并发症和平均住院时间分别是90％和65％、5例和13例,（15.6±1.4）d和（23.1±1.9）d,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 精细护理可提高SAP的治疗效果,减少并发症和缩短平均住院时间.Objective To approach the curative effects of fineness nursing on patients with severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）.Methods Forty patients with SAP were collected and divided into control group and treatment group,20 patients in each group.The patients were given conventional nursing in control group,and fineness nursing in treatment group.The clinical effect,complication,and the average stay of patients with SAP were observed in two groups.Results The total effective rates,complications and average stay of patients in two groups were 90% and 65%,5 cases and 13 cases,（15.6 ± 1.4） days and （23.1 ± 1.9） days respectively,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The fineness nursing can improve the therapeutic efficacy,reduce complications and shorten the average stay of patients with SAP.
