摘 要:文章针对钢球磨煤机内主要的研磨部件钢球,通过优化磨煤机内不同直径的钢球配比,适当减低磨煤机的运行电流,即减少磨煤机内的钢球重量,优选高硬度的热轧钢球来提高磨煤机的出力、降低磨煤电耗和钢球磨损消耗量的效果,降低了磨煤机的故障率,同时提高了机组最大负荷,给电厂带来较大的经济效益。该磨煤机所用钢球材质及直径配比,可以推广应用。This paper analyzes grinding parts ball for ball mill. By optimizing the different ratio of the diameter of steel ball mill and appropriately reducing the running current of coal mill, the weight of steel ball inside mill is reduced and high hardness of hot- rolled steel ball is selected to improve coal mill output, which is reduce the coal consumption and effect of steel ball attrition consumption. At the sam time, it reduces the failure rate of the mills and raises maximum load which brings s economic benefits for power plant. The coal mill ball material used in coal mill and the ratio of diameter can be applied.
