摘  要:利用石上莲(Oreocharis benthamii var.reticulata)、紫花马铃苣苔(O.argyreia)、大叶石上莲(O.benthamii)、疏花唇柱苣苔(Chiritalaxiflora)、短序唇柱苣苔(C.depressa)5种野生苦苣苔科植物进行引种栽培试验.对栽培在不同pH基质中的每种植物材料生长冠幅、叶片数和叶绿素含量等性状进行了测量和分析,并测定了这几种植物原生土壤的pH和电导率.结果表明,5种野生苦苣苔科植物均偏爱弱酸性环境,在5~6 pH范围的基质中生长良好,各项生理指标稳定增长.原生境土壤理化性质反映出这5种苦苣苔科植物较耐瘠薄,但性喜湿润,对水分需求较大,在栽培中需根据其习性调节基质理化性质以促进其生长.The cultivation experiment was carried out on five species of Gesneriaceae (Oreocharis benthamii var.reticulate,O.argyreia,O.benthamii,Chirita laxiflora,and C.depressa).The growth traits including the crown volume growth,number of leaves and chlorophyll content of each plant cultivated in different pH substrates were measured and analyzed.The pH and conductivity of the native soil were measured as well.The results showed that these five species of Gesneriaceae preferred acidic environment,which could grow well in the matrix of 5-6 pH range with the steady physiological indicators.The physical and chemical properties of the native soil of these five species showed that they were barren resistant,while favored humid environment and a large quantity of water.It is necessary to adjust physical and chemical properties of matrix according to their habits to improve their growth in the cultivation.
